Cancellations Policy

At The Holiday Bliss, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. Below is our updated cancellation policy to help you understand the options available to you if you need to cancel your booking.

1. Cancellation by the Traveler

  • 30 Days Prior to Arrival:
    If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, 25% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 15-29 Days Prior to Departure:
    Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days before departure will incur a 45% charge of the total tour cost.

  • 14 to 7 Days Prior to Departure:
    If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before the departure date, 60% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • 6 Days or Less Prior to Departure:
    If you cancel 6 days or less before the departure date, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation by The Holiday Bliss

  • Unforeseen Circumstances:
    In the unlikely event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings, you will receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule your trip at no additional cost.

  • Minimum Group Size:
    Some of our group tours require a minimum number of participants. If this minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to join another tour.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method or bank.

  • Non-Refundable Components:
    Certain components of your booking, such as permits, tickets, and administrative fees, may be non-refundable. These amounts will be deducted from the total refund.

4. Changes and Modifications

  • Modification Requests:
    If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change travel dates or the number of participants), please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

  • Rebooking:
    If you choose to rebook your trip for a later date instead of canceling, any payments already made can be applied to the new booking, subject to availability and any applicable rebooking fees.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Failure to Appear:
    If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point at the scheduled time without prior notification, this will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Recommended Coverage:
    We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential risks such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Ensure that your policy is valid for the entire duration of your trip.

7. Special Considerations

  • Medical Emergencies:
    If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, please provide relevant documentation. While our standard cancellation policy applies, we may offer special considerations on a case-by-case basis.

  • Force Majeure:
    In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics), cancellations will be handled according to the specific circumstances, and refunds or rebooking options will be offered where possible.
